1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2Â 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cupÂ finely chopped Nickerson Farm Black Walnuts
Cream butter, vanilla until butter is softened.Â Add sugar gradually, creaming until fluffy.Â Add the eggs in thirds, beating well after each addition.Â Mix in black walnuts.Â Blend flour, baking soda, and salt.Â Shape dough into rolls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate severa hours or overnight.Â Cut into thin slices. Place slices on cookie sheet.Â Bake at 350 degrees eggs, add brown sugar, combine dry ingredients then add to egg mixture. Lastly add Nickerson Farm Black Walnuts.Â for 8 minutes.Â Repeat for remaining dough.
