Ingredients

• Butter Lettuce
• Tiny watermelons
• Red onion, finely diced
• Balsamic Vinaigrette
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Tiny watermelons cut in half. Use melon as serving bowl. Scoop out watermelon. Slice some.
2. Add Butter Lettuce, top with finely diced red onion, add diced watermelon.
3. Serve with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
4. Salt and Pepper to taste.
