Black Pepper Sweet Bacon

Spread the bacon onto a baking sheet. I like to use a cooling rack so the fat can drip off the bacon. Do NOT overlap. Spring liberally with black pepper and brown sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven until crisp. Remove from oven and serve with waffles or on your favorite salad!
