- White Bean Bruschetta
1 cup canned cannelinni white beans
1/4 tsp ground sage
2 T olive oil
12 slices of bruschetta
24 arugula leeaves,...
Drain and rinse 1 can black beans
Drain and rinse 1 can corns
Add diced white sweet onion
Add diced bell peppers
Add 1 diced hot pepper - jalapeno or serano (optional)
Toss with Champagne Vinegarette
Chill and serve
