Filet with Gorgonzola Crust
Ingredients
- â—¦1- 12 ounce Piece Beef Tenderloin (filet mignon)
- â—¦2 ounces Gorgonzola Dolce
- â—¦Salt and Pepper
- Preparation Instructions

- Preheat your grill on high heat.

- Season the filet with salt and pepper and place the filet on the grill.

- Grill the filet to desired temperature.

- Place the Gorgonzola Dolce over the filet and close the cover of the grill.

- Allow the cover to remain closed until the gorgonzola has evenly melted over the steak.
