Ribeye with Balsalmic Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 Rib Eye, 16 oz
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation Instructions
- Season the rib eye with salt and pepper and place under the broiler.
- Once the steak is cooked 3/4 of the way, place in a hot skillet.
- Add the butter to the skillet and allow it to sizzle.
- Pour in the balsamic and begin to baste the steak as it continues cooking.
- Once the steak has finished cooking, pour the remaining sauce in the skillet over the steak.
